JESUS' YOKE

Q. What did Jesus mean when he said: "Your yoke is heavier then mine; carry my yoke and I will carry yours"?

A. Jesus was, as you know, attuned to the Holy Spirit. When this is the case we find that the Spirit greatly helps to lift our load. Indeed, the Joy of the truly spiritual life is so great that although it may seem to mortal man that one carries a great burden, to the God-intoxicated, all is Grace and even Bliss! However, there may also be pain mixed with such Bliss, yet the Bliss always far outweighs the pain, practically eclipsing the latter completely.

Therefore, Jesus knew moments of Bliss during his Earthly divine romance with God, and was no stranger to the Joy of the Soul (even though he also suffered simultaneously). And so he regarded his own burden as little compared to that of others who did not yet have divine-contact and so were heavy-laden without the help of Spirit.

The helping hand of the divine Spirit is so powerful and wondrous that one who has been touched by it is able to take on the karmic burdens of others without buckling under the weight. This is because the saint merely gives it all up to God via his transparent personality.

So when Jesus said: "...you take my yoke," he was probably offering the other person something of the Bliss of his own yoke while simultaneously giving the other person an opportunity to relieve himself of some karma.

JOHN'S BOOK OF REVELATION

Q. I have learned that the prophetic Book of Revelation is not a prophetic Book at all! It is a revealing book of facts which evolved 2,000 years ago, just prior to Jesus' disappearance from the masses and after his real death. It is the shadowlords who have turned that book into a book of terror, it kept me in fear from the god I thought I loved, a god who was vengeful and selective! And I was blind! I had to wrestle with my own questioning until one day, bingo, I was guided to meet some individuals, and voila, I was found!

A. And we are very glad that you have been aroused somewhat from your slumber! Yet there is more. . . Yes, our wayward brothers of shadow have indeed played a large part in corrupting John's Revelation (and almost everything else that was once holy and sacrosanct in this world), yet there is still much in that book that can be recognized as applying to these times. As is the case with any true scripture, there exist a number of different levels of meaning. John's Revelation is at once an account of the repeating cyclic pattern precipitated by the Divine Plan of Salvation, an insight into the inner processes of purgation and redemption, and it is also a prophecy. If you think about it you will see that these three necessarily include one another. One of the clearest books that I have read to date dealing with the current relevance of John's Revelation to what is transpiring right now, today, on Earth, is Barbara Marx Hubbard's Revelation.

JUDGEMENT I

Q. How is it possible to scrutinize the workings of evil in humanity and the world without judging?

A. Now, why would an intelligent and uncompromising seeker choose to think in terms of 'judgement', as do so many incarcerated human beings these days? Surely you appreciate the good sense in detached enquiry into all of life? How else can we find the Truth if we do not intelligently enquire into everything that life presents to us? Why do you think the universe favors us with certain experiences if they are not intended for our education in the school of life? Do you think that the Lords of Karma waste time and energy by sending us useless or incidental superficialities?

To further elucidate this point (which is a very important one), I offer the following example: if I have two trees in my garden, and one is healthy and the other is diseased, am I being 'judgemental' (as the word is most usually interpreted by human beings as meaning condemnatory) if I point out objectively the self-evident fact that one tree is healthy and the other diseased?

Do you see how the game of guilt is played with the gullible in order to prevent people from enquiring into all aspects of life, including human nature (which is one of the most important aspects as far as mankind is concerned)? This is just another ploy of the nefarious forces of darkness and their vassals who have successfully distorted most of our scriptures. When Jesus warned us: "Do not judge lest you be judged," he did not mean for us to refrain from analyzing our experiences.

If our motives are pure and vertical, we shall not need to be concerned about condemning others. Neither shall we listen to the accusations of those who in their myopia may perceive that we are being judgmental in our earnest analysis and expression.

Having said that, however, it is often best to remain silent when confronted with unyielding ignorance, for the impersonal Truth often appears as an attack upon those who have made a long investment in their illusions and so who do not have eyes to see.

"How painful is the preaching of the fortunate to the heart of the miserable! And how severe is the strong when he stands as advisor among the weak!" - Kahlil Gibran

JUDGEMENT II

Q. I used to condemn myself as judgemental, but I am realizing that I actually saw things as they are, and they are very in line with the Gnostic teachings.

A. The stigma attached to 'judgment' has arisen due to ignorance, and the guilt involved works to prevent human beings from analyzing other human beings. The doctrine of "no judgment" is fed and promoted by evil also, for if we analyzed this world thoroughly, all we would see would be negative, as in unholiness, esoterically speaking. And if, through analysis (or "judgment") we came to see the nature of the universe of death, then we would wish to leave this world, and the nefarious forces of darkness do not want that, of course, because humanity's fearful and deluded activities in the fallen world feed and maintain them.

A great number of entities have escaped the wheel of rebirth but only at a cost of great suffering for physically-incarnated humanity whom they vampirize in order to prevent their own personalities from dissolving, thus maintaining themselves in the psychic sphere indefinitely.

Q. And of course - for those who see what is really going on and attempt to 'rescue' humanity - there must be great danger? The dark forces do not want humanity to work out what is going on.

A. Right, that is why all the religions have been corrupted, and why a new, restored Gnosis must be introduced into the world today.

Two pertinent quotations by Kahlil Gibran:

"He who would seek truth and proclaim it to mankind is bound to suffer."

"What man is capable of leaving an edifice on whose construction he has spent all his life, even though that edifice is his own prison?"

JUST 'BEING'

Q. Is it not best to just simply BE?

A. Many 'spiritual' people speak of "just being" these days, as if that is the goal of the Divine Plan of Salvation (which, of course, it is not). Yet only the divine Spirit itself truly knows how to BE. And when that Spirit beholds the agony in the world, it is not at all content to 'just be' with it. This is why Jesus gave the injunction: "Feed my lambs". Otherwise he might have said "Just be", no?

'Just being' is a cop out. Mankind is terribly oppressed and manipulated from unseen levels by intelligent evil, and the compassionate consciousness is never content to 'just be' in the face of world misery; the truly spiritual heart can never rest in a world of turmoil, it can never simply 'just be', as the very active service histories of our sages testify.
