SHIVA

Q. I notice that 'Shiva' is mentioned sometimes in your expressions. Who or what is Shiva?

A. Shiva is the Hindu god (aspect of the Holy Trinity) of Destruction. He is the personification of a cosmic Force (divine Will) that eradicates all that is outmoded, evil and so not in alignment with the Divine Plan. Today Shiva is coming to Earth. Divine Will is indispensable with regard to the Capstone aspect of the pyramidal work of world redemption, but it is also very effective at upsetting egos and so is not popular amongst most of humanity. With regard to the higher Path, Love cannot work with egos until their self-created and ossified auric cocoon is broken down.

The following summary might be called, 'The Song of Love and the War Cry of Shiva!':

Love is never imposing.

Love is neutral.

Love sacrifices everything for the greater good.

Just as it has done on Earth cyclically for ages and ages and ages.

But there comes a time on a planet of darkness and at the cusp of an age, when the Logos wearies of the spreading cancer upon His planetary life, the cancer of fear and selfishness; and he tires of sending his emissaries of Love to sacrifice themselves again and again and again, yet to no avail with regard to the planetary whole.

It is at this time that the Logos withdraws His sacrificial Love as an agent of invitational change and replaces it with WILL.

Divine Will is utterly imposing upon the cancer of evil and ignorance.

Divine Will is not neutral.

Divine Will eradicates the darkness of fear and selfishness without asking, yet also for the greater good.

Just as it has done on Earth cyclically for ages and ages and ages.

And Divine Will has no respect for the billions of human beings today who cling to the ideal of love and peace for their own safety, salvation or other misperceived ideas.

There can be no peace where evil and ignorance rules. They must first be eradicated, and this is why: "At the time of the Coming Again of Christ, He will come in Power." - Jesus.

EXISTENCE OF A SOUL?

Q. According to your scenario of universe there is reincarnation, there are souls, etc. In your essay, The Different Types of Souls Sri Dava Prakasha's name is mentioned. I investigaed this teacher and read the following: "...You are not a spirit or soul. You are not a spiritual being having a human experience. You are an ego having an egoic experience...You have not existed before your birth, and you are going nowhere when you die. You are born and you exist, and then you die and do not exist. You are simply an individual, an ego, a separate consciousness, and you are a temporary part of natural creation...."

It seems to me that these statements are in total contradiction to all of your writings. However, you are, sort of, refering this site. Could you please give me an explanation?

A. Yours are good questions, and I am glad that you asked them.

The problem with the mind in relation to Truth is that the mind, the intellect of man, cannot know It; the Truth is a paradox as far as mankind's cogitative faculty is concerned. Any distinction written down or spoken in words immediately becomes a lie, a falsity in comparison to Truth, for in Truth there are no distinctions.

When we speak of souls, reincarnation, personalities, birth and death, etc. we are speaking of relative truth (small 't'), because the absolute Truth (capital 'T') Itself is One: one universal Field or Sphere of Light, and therefore cannot be this or that individual soul etc.

However, in this dream that we call 'life on earth' it is apparent that there is distinction and separation. For example, you are over there and I am over here, and we are thinking, emoting and acting in probably quite distinct and unique ways from one another. So we use language to quantify and qualify our perceptions and thoughts while in this reality, yet while true at this level, they are nevertheless ever relative to the Truth itself, which can never be understood or known by our minds. If you have ever received a glimpse into the Formless Void of Truth yourself, you will know that the answer to every single question posed in whatever language is both 'yes' and 'no'. Such is the paradox.

Now, there are many different levels of consciousness, and therefore many different levels of perception and so 'reality'. This necessitates many different levels of spiritual teaching. A spiritual teacher might say "such and such" on Monday, and then seemingly contradict himself entirely on Tuesday, even to the same person! Yet his answers, though different, will be equally true when they are both appropriate for the level or state of consciousness of the questioner at any particular moment in time. This is why philosophers - that is to say, intellectual seekers - often become confused with one another's philosophy and even with themselves and their teachers. Again, this is because the mind, the intellect, can never apprehend the Truth. It may be looking towards the great Jewel of Truth but merely perceiving one or other of its many facets.

So, is the idea of an individual soul and its reincarnation true or false? Well, both. At the relative level, there is a soul, just as there is a personality you or I. But at a higher level these relative truths cease to be valid. Therefore it depends at what level of spiritual maturity, knowledge and consciousness a teacher or teaching is pitching as to what may be beneficially true, or confusing, even if factual.

One should bear these things in mind whenever approaching the various spiritual teachings, for even within the same religious dispensation, not all is beneficially true for everyone all of the time. People grow out of certain levels of teaching that other people are just growing into.

Now, generally speaking for the mass of human beings on earth today at their level of consciousness, it is true and right to say that there are souls and that there is reincarnation. It is evident, is it not, that one human being is quite dissimilar in his tendencies - for good or for evil - than another? And so it may be objectively stated, therefore, that one soul is carrying a certain quality of karma and the other another kind. These kinds of distinctions can be recognised even at birth and infancy. Think of the baby born handicapped, for example. This alone provides proof that one human being is innately different from another, and so the idea of individuality arises. And since the differences between babies may be observed before they develop their character or are conditioned by their environment etc., we may conclude that such proclivities were 'brought in with them', meaning that the natural tendencies, karma, etc. are pre-carnal; they were carried by an individual soul before its physical birth.

All the above is quite correct and true at a level that most thinking human beings can comprehend, at least theoretically or philosophically, and so you will often find this level of spiritual teaching given out by the various schools and teachers to humanity. So why is Dava apparently utterly denying the pre-existence of a soul and the fact of reincarnation?

In the extract that you have quoted, Dava is referencing the Absolute Truth (in which there is no individual/separate soul) while simultaneously addressing the ego or personal being. When he uses the pronoun, "you" he is directly speaking to and about the ego-self, which is born and dies as a human being only in the physical realm. Therefore "you", for example, have no existence - as a soul or as any other entity - before that "you" came into being in this physical incarnation. You are not a soul, therefore, but a personality, an ego having an egoic experience. When you die you will no longer exist as yourself, like you did when physically incarnate. The essential nature of "you", then, is temporal, temporary, perishable and in no way Eternal, Holy (Whole) or Divine. This is all true enough when addressing you as an ego, and I can't help but suspect that in being so direct in his teaching, Dava is doing what he can to avoid the prevalent delusion in popular spiritual, religious and new age circles touted by the ignorant philosophers: 'I am God, I am Spirit evolving via a human experience. We are all God. We are all One.' etc., etc., the utterances of which most often contribute towards confusion and pride in the naive and ill-educated, and also towards the plethora of false and compromised teachings in the world today: imitation spirituality, that is to say, 'spirituality' for the benefit of the ego.

Salutations to Dava, I say, for his uncompromising approach; some advanced spiritual seekers will understand him well. However, many may become confused and troubled....that is, if they rely on their philosophical intellect alone to gauge what is true and valid.

Dava is not the first teacher to preach the doctrine of no-soul. Buddhism is well known for it, to give just one example. Yet Jesus, another Avatar who came 500 years after the Avatar, Buddha, spoke quite a bit about souls and saving them, didn't he? So who is right? The answer is both of them, for the reasons already given. I myself struggled with the different philosophies for some years, finding not a Buddhist or a Christian anywhere in four continents who could answer my questions satisfactorily. Most Christians thought that the Buddha was a heathen, and most Buddhists felt that the Christians had misunderstood Christ.

SPIRITUAL COMMUNITY

Q. What is your definition of spiritual community?

A. Community begins in the Heart.

From our first book, The New Call:

No community will survive during and after the tribulations unless it is built and maintained upon the sure and sturdy foundations of a joint spiritual aspiration and a selfless ethic. True community resides in the hearts of its members as a spiritual attitude, and not as some external objective or even a common desire to attain it. Therefore, communities in the new era may consist only of true friends; that is, individuals who, having attained a united awareness, do not look to one another for personal advantage, but who instead naturally and joyfully set their gaze outward and upward in the same direction for the good of the group and, of course, mankind, thus exemplifying divine Friendship.

And:

Applicable throughout the birth of the New World, and in accordance with the new laws of the Aquarian age, the following statement of fact will be evidenced everywhere: should an individual be unprepared to happily and spontaneously give of everything which they are able in order to serve the common good; if there is any measure of fear, self-regard and, therefore, reservation in that person, then they necessarily exclude themselves from the ranks of the true servants of the world, and so they cannot be a part of the One Divine Work upon Earth today; there can be no compromise in genuine spiritual service. Furthermore, in the times ahead, all that which is held to oneself; anything which is not offered selflessly in service to others, and everything which is not contributed toward the One Great Cause will be taken away. Such is an often overlooked, yet integral part of the divine promise made to humanity long ago.

It is in giving that we receive in order that we may give more. This attitude among aspirants on the path of selfless service will beget true, spiritual community.

SPIRITUAL COMPLACENCY

Q. From your writings: "He has then become a seeker of Truth. He has been touched by unrest, by dissatisfaction with all that has anything to do with dualistic existence". It sounds like this is a condition to be a truly determined seeker. However, I must confess that when I remember how I felt before this door of unprecedented opportunity for spiritual realization was opened, I don't recall being that touched by unrest and dissatisfaction. And while the prospect of imminent massive transformation and rebirth into the Light is a very appealing, increasingly irresistible prospect, I don't really sense such inner unrest or dissatisfaction.

A. This is not a good sign. It suggests that you have not yet recognised the futility, pain and suffering that is inherent in the universe of death, the fallen world, but instead that you are interested in Liberation for self. If this is so, then you will not know success, for the 'I' cannot go the Path; the 'I' must die, and only selfless consecration to the Divine Plan can produce true spiritual results.

From Servers of the Divine Plan: "Generally upon Earth, it is only when we experience, through ample suffering, that there is no true happiness to be found in this world of desire and self-seeking that we turn wholeheartedly to the Divine Spirit and call sincerely for help."

Complacency on the Path leads one off the Path. One must have an uncompromising thirst for the Divine in order to return Home. At this stage, many strategically-incarnating Servers on assignment from the higher worlds are failing their mission because they are imprudently resting back on their inner senses that: 'I am a Pleaidian' or 'I am from Arcturus and therefore already enlightened, and so all I need to do is lead the way for others,' etc., etc. Servers who suspect their 'origins' should remember always that when they incarnate on Earth they must rebuild and spiritualize their mental and emotional bodies from scratch, just as we must take care and nurture our physical bodies if we are to maintain health and physical equilibrium. Servers who become complacent due to their inner senses will not attain transfiguration because they will fail to demonstrate the seeking after Holiness and divine Service that must be expressed on the physical plane. Jesus was a Server who went the Path of Transfiguration - for others, hence he accomplished his mission. Today, many potential components of the Aquarian Group-Avatar are remaining asleep and so are lost for the real divine Work of Salvation.

For years now we have been waiting to meet someone - anyone - who would understand our song: 'Everything I have is yours,' and who might reciprocate in kind: 'Yes, of course, everything I have is yours, too,' following which we could both sing the chorus together: 'Everything we have been given is to be placed at the feet of humanity in service!'

SPIRITUAL GUIDES

Q. Do we have 'Guardian Angels' that watch out for us?

A. Yes, most people do, but the further along the Path one goes, the fewer guides are required and therefore assigned, until eventually we become a guide for others.

Q. These guides, then, are not from the psychic or astral plane?

A. There exist both well-meaning but undivine light-spirits from the psychic sphere as well as true Guides from the divine Kingdom.

The greatest Guide, however, is our very own Christ within. All true Guides will always labor towards helping a seeker to establish personal contact with Divinity.

Q. How would one tell the difference?

A. In order to see into the heart of another (human or incorporeal), we must first purify our own heart.

Q. So, until we Know, we don't know?

A. Until Love removes the scales from our eyes we are ever blind. Love sees all perfectly.

Q. How does this relate to events where one actually sees a being or hears a voice which seems to directly intervene in a life-saving manner?

A. The divine Spirit may manifest itself in multifarious forms. The spiritual heart sees and knows what it needs to see and know when it needs to see and know; the intellect - being a dualistic, fallen faculty - always misinterprets the reality after the event. Trust the heart and use the head as a secondary backup if necessary.

SPIRITUAL MASTERS

Q. I would like to offer you the following facts: A Master is a spiritual seeker who has reached a very notable degree of self realization. By virtue of this, they have also reached a notable degree of God realization.

A. A master has indeed attained more spiritually than ailing, ignorant humanity, of course, but he has not yet attained the Goal itself: Christ-Consciousness. Therefore, a so-called master is a 'sinner' at a higher level than most. In other words, powerful and radiant though he may be to the perception of slumbering mankind, he still has karma to balance and so must reincarnate in duality, the fallen universe, in order to find and go the Path of Transfiguration. Why, then, look to the personalities of masters when you can look to Christ and focus upon Truth itself?

Today, due to the Grace being offered, such masters may achieve the Final Liberation. There are many advanced souls here today on Earth from all over the galaxy. They are here in order to attempt to succeed at the Final Initiation. They are very evolved in comparison to most human beings, and so they may be revered even as 'Enlightened' by the myopia of some. However, they are not yet Home; they still have a way to go, and today -  if they do not fall to the temptation of being 'special' on Earth - they will be looking towards Christ, "to the hills from whence comes their Salvation".

SPIRITUAL SOLIDARITY

Q. Is there anyone else on this planet with whom you feel you can work?

A. Out of the thousands whom we have met in the spiritual supermarket around the world, and from the hundreds whom we have directly attempted to share the good news while inviting them to help in the Work, we have received very little true Response to the Call.

Humanity is, for the most part, unprepared to tread the spiritual Path. Mankind is so apathetic and asleep that it simply cannot be inspired to consecrate itself to the cause of its own liberation (hence the need for world crisis).

However, if I sample one grain of rice from the boiling pot, I may know the general condition of all the others in the pot without seeing them. Since our group exists and is ready to open up the Way for humanity, then there must also be others who are serving on a similar frequency out there in the world. We will meet them when the time is right. We have looked hard thus far, but we are aware that we simply cannot push the Divine Plan ahead of its schedule. Considering the unprecedented degree of infection in the world today by darkness and evil, if we were to gather upon the physical plane and open the combination lock too early, we would be targeted and handicapped by the opposing forces even more than we already are.

SPIRITUAL TRANSMISSION FROM THE WRITINGS, AND INTEGRATION

Q. When I had been doing my own study of the group's writings, everything was making sense, yet my focus became so intense that I started to lose touch with this reality...

A. Yes, the energy of the Call, which is contained throughout our writings, definitely seeks to raise the consciousness of aspirants to a higher level of reality and insight, and, for the young, inexperienced seeker, this can lead to some ungroundedness in the early stages, for it is not generally an easy exercise to embody the teachings of the Avatars while holding down a physical body (as did the Buddha, Jesus, etc.). It takes a good deal of integration as well as personal surrender and will-power. The principle goal of the servant of Christ is, however, to ultimately live in both realities. That is to say, to be "in this world but not of it".

The divine Kingdom appears "intense" only to the fallen, lethargic soul, yet such intensity is vitally required in this darkened valley called Earth in order to penetrate the shadows of ages-old evil and to shake the controlling luciferic forces from their thrones of power. We are now living in the days of The Quickening.

If a spiritual aspirant's life is not intense, then he has not yet found the true Path, for tension is a necessary experience in this world for the 'children of God'. Others will sleep on until Judgement Day when they will come to recognize the folly of their spiritual lethargy together with knowing the greatest regret at missing the Opportunity of an age.

Q. ...Now I know this reality does not truly exist, but if I can’t operate in it, I am no good to anyone around me...

A. And you cannot be any true Good to anyone around you if you live only in this so-called 'reality' either, as, of course, do the vast majority of slumbering human beings in this world.
